The movie starts when a group of treasure hunters are having a search of a lost diamond necklace which was thrown by Rose Dewitt Bukater a many years ago to the depth of the Atlantic Ocean.

While having their search to the lost diamond necklace a different thing in the surface had they and it was the dead frozen body of Jack Dawson who was the partner of Rose Dewitt Bukater a hundred years ago in time when the Titanic ship sank to the Atlantic Ocean where Jack Dawson also died.

They was so surprised to see that frozen creature so they immediately drilled it out and brought to their laboratory. After those things Jack was taken out from the ice that covers his body, those peoples uses such high technology equipments. While drilling out Jacks hands started to move immediately researchers was so amazed on what they had discovered that they do not let Jack to go way back to his ancestors and Jack was put to jail.
